The Villa has amazing views of the surrounding valleys which are covered in olive trees and the

vines of the highly prized grapes from which the wine ‘Orvieto Classico’ is produced. The

grounds are an extensive 10 000 metres square, much of which forms the Villa’s exclusive

parkland which features two century old cypress trees, about 150 olive trees, oaks and native shrubs. A selected area has been set apart and dedicated to the creation of a garden and English- style meadow.
Not far from the Villa there is a well which was excavated entirely by hand and then relined on the inside using baked bricks, where the water was wisely channelled through the clay using techniques

of the time. What’s more, just a stone’s throw from the farmhouse stands an old wood-burning oven  

 with a barbeque where those who wish to can experience the tastes of yesteryear. For those who enjoy walking the numerous paths which surround the Villa offer the opportunity for relaxed

  walks in the lush countryside.
