The Villa was completely restructured according to its ancient charm. Its ceilings high more than 4 m.

   were restored using chestnut beams and terracotta tiles. Its floors were realized with hand-made bricks,

there are still some original which recreate an authentic atmosphere of past times. Entering the Villa from the ground floor, you can reach the big living room with fire and equipped kitchen, while from the access room you can reach the two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds.

The bathrooms are two, one with a Jacuzzi and the other one en-suite with a shower. From the ground floor you can enter upon the porch near the swimming pool. On the top of the loggia stone staircase you can reach the first floor comprises: dining room with fireplace, kitchen with a utility room and a laundry room. The bedrooms are three, one with two single beds and two doubles, the bathrooms are two, one with a Jacuzzi and one en-suite with a shower. All windows are fitted with sliding mosquito screens, those of dining room and the kitchen

with a view of the swimming pool,  while the others with a view of the surroundings hills.

   The interiors of the Villa has been furnished with good taste and style, taking inspiration from the rustic

     art of the period. The bedrooms, all with wrought-iron beds, have a lot of charm.
    

          Appliances provided: TVs in the sitting-room and bedroom, washing machine, dishwasher,

             hairdryer, ironing-board and iron, coffee machine, CD/DVD player and CD stereo.
