The pool lies adjacent to the Villa, in a magnificent location and surrounded by the vine and

olive covered Umbrian hills. The pool measures 6 by 12m, has a maximum depth of 2m and

has the additional feature of internal roman steps to facilitate entry. The area bordering the pool

is of natural travertine stone whilst the remainder of the outside paved area is of hand-made artisan terracotta. This area is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower for your enjoyment and convenience.
Next to the pool is the spacious ‘Portico’, an ideal location for a relaxed aperitif or, even better, a 

 candle-lit dinner! The patio here has also been renovated using chestnut beams and terracotta tiles

    and features rattan armchairs and a wooden table and chairs. The pool is open from the last

      Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
